We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. If, after using our products you find that you're unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Keep in mind, it does take some time to adjust to a new new system. To send us notice of a refund, please navigate to our Contact Us Page. Once there, complete the form as it pertains to Product Returns. Make sure that you have your Order # available.
1a. Your Product Return Request must be received within 30 days from the time of product purchase. On day 31, returns will not be honored.
1b. You must have your Order #.
2a. The returned product must not be damaged in anyway. If damage is observed, you will be notified via email. We will then open a case into the matter. Your return payment will be held while an active case is being reviewed.
